These terms are an agreement between you and Scope Signals. They apply from the moment you subscribe or use the service, whichever happens first.
You accept them by ticking the box shown at checkout or in the app. When you do, we record the date and time, your IP address and which version of these terms was shown to you. We keep that record as evidence that the terms were presented and accepted, and we may use it if a payment is later disputed. Section 22 tells you which version you are reading.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not subscribe and do not use the service.
Scope Signals operates the website scopesignals.com and the Scope Signals web app. You can reach us at [email protected] or @scopesignals on Telegram. We answer support messages within 3 working days.
It is your responsibility to check the rules that apply where you live. If we learn that you did not meet these conditions, we may close your access under section 13.
What you get: access to the Scope Signals app, where we publish technical-analysis signals for XAUUSD (gold), generated by our own automated model using ICT/SMC methodology. A signal typically shows a direction, an entry level, a stop loss and take-profit levels, together with notifications when levels are reached.
What it is not:
The signals are information and education. What you do with them is entirely your decision.
This section matters, so please read it carefully.
What you are paying for is continuous access to the service — the app, the model that watches the market around the clock, and the notifications when it finds something. You are not paying for a set number of signals.
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, or problems at our hosting, notification or data providers. Signals and notifications may be delayed or, occasionally, fail to arrive for technical reasons outside our control. You should never rely on a notification arriving.
By using the service you confirm that you understand and accept the following:
You can cancel at any time, in seconds, with no explanation and without contacting us:
Cancelling stops all future payments immediately. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — you do not lose anything you paid for. After that, the service simply stops and nothing further is charged.
Because every subscription starts with a full free month, you can evaluate the service completely before any money is taken. For that reason, fees already charged are not refunded, including for a billing period you did not use or used only partly.
EU right of withdrawal. Digital services normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. When you subscribe, you expressly ask us to start providing the service immediately, and you acknowledge that once we have begun, you lose that 14-day right for the period being supplied. We record that acknowledgement together with your acceptance of these terms.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Nothing in this section removes a right you have under mandatory consumer law, and nothing here prevents you from claiming where the service was not supplied at all or was materially not as described. If we are ever at fault, we will put it right.
More than one subscription on the same account. If you end up paying for two or three subscriptions at once, for example by going through checkout more than once, the extra payments are not refunded. Each payment adds a month to one of your access codes, so nothing you paid for disappears. If you do not want to keep paying several times, cancel the extra subscriptions in the app, or write to [email protected]: we will cancel them for you and merge the remaining time from the extra codes into a single code. The time you have already paid for stays on your account. This does not remove any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
If something is wrong, tell us first. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 3 working days and do our best to resolve it. Most problems are solved the same day.
Because cancelling is immediate and free (section 9), you agree to contact us before asking your bank or card issuer to reverse a payment. Starting a chargeback without contacting us first, for a service that was supplied and accessible, is a breach of these terms.
If a payment is disputed, we may submit to the payment provider the records we hold: your acceptance of these terms with its date, time, IP address and version; your access code and when it was issued; your sign-in history; whether notifications were enabled; and the signals published during your subscription. We may also suspend access while a dispute is open, and recover any resulting fees from you.
You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform or the Lithuanian consumer authority — see section 21.
Our signals are time-sensitive and commercially valuable. Redistribution damages both us and paying users, and we treat it seriously.
We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you break these terms — in particular section 12 — if you use the service fraudulently, if you were never eligible under section 3, or if you abuse the chargeback process under section 11.
We may also stop offering the service entirely. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice and refund the unused part of any period you have already paid for.
The signals, the model and methodology behind them, the app, the website, the texts and the brand belong to Scope Signals. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service while it is active. It transfers no ownership and no right to reuse our material.
Brokers, prop firms, exchanges, payment providers and notification services are independent of us. We do not control them, we are not responsible for what they do, and we receive no payment for directing you to any broker. Any agreement you have with them is between you and them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights remain fully intact.
If a third party brings a claim against us because you broke these terms, used the service unlawfully, or redistributed our signals, you agree to cover the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees we incur as a result. This does not apply to anything caused by our own breach or negligence.
We are not responsible for failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control: market disruption or closure, failures of exchanges, brokers, data feeds, hosting, internet or notification providers, cyber attacks, power failures, natural events, war, or acts of government.
We keep improving the service, so its features may change. We may also update these terms — for example if the law changes or we add features.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, you may cancel before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms. Minor changes, such as corrections or clarifications, take effect when published.
We keep the previous versions so that it is always possible to establish which version you accepted.
If a court or authority decides that any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, that part alone is affected. It is replaced by the closest valid provision that achieves the same purpose, and the rest of these terms stay in full force.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the service. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not lose it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else; we may transfer ours if our business is transferred, provided your rights are not reduced.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes are heard by the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live. You may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania at vvtat.lt.

These terms are also available in Lietuvių and Español. If the versions differ, the English version applies.
